Well, I got the phone call at about 7 am letting me know that Susan and her delegation made it safely into Amsterdam.  That was good news to me!

Today, Susan was to spend the day at a typical farm in Holland.  She was to see how the traditional Dutch clogs are made and get to see how Dutch cheese is made.  If you all know Susan, this will be a big point of interest.  She absolutely LOVES cheese!  She is also going to get to do a bike ride through the country and see firsthand how the Dutch use windmills to pump water off the land.

I'd imagine she is good and tired and probably sleeping at this time.  It is almost 1 am on Monday morning right now. 

Tomorrow is an interesting day....make sure to check in to find out what she will be doing!
