Last week we noticed that a mommy bunny had made a burrow in our fenced patio area under a garden chair.  She must've had her babies while we were gone because yesterday Corky dug them up.  I wore plastic gloves to return the babies to their nest and made a better shelter for them.  I checked the three over to make sure they were okay and not injured.  I was so afraid that they would not survive or that the mommy wouldn't return.  This morning when I checked on them there were 4 babies in the burrow!  Mom must've had the fourth one with her yesterday and returned it to the nest.  They are all alive, thankfully!  I have put a fence up on that part of the lawn to keep Corky out.  He wants to get in there sooooo bad.
